Mon: 2pm until 7pm (5-7pm pet pawtraits).
Tues: 2pm until 7pm (5-7pm pet pawtraits).
Wed: 10am until 2pm
Thurs: 10am until 6pm
Fri: 10am until 2pm
Sat: 10am until 2pm
Sun: 10am until 2pm
Christmas Eve: 9am until 4pm.

Pet Pawtraits:
Online bookings are essential, and sessions fill up quickly. Please note, there will be no walk-ins available.

Every pet who visits Santa will receive a special Christmas gift.

Important Notes:

Owners are responsible for their pets at all times.

Please bring waste bags for your pet's use.

Aggressive pets may be asked to leave the centre.

Please wait outside the centre until your designated booking time.

Pets must be on a leash or in a cage.

We appreciate your patience if there's a slight delay in your session.

Allowed Pets:

Most pets are welcome, including dogs, cats, and rabbits.

Centre management may, at their discretion, remove any animals from the centre.
